Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality Committee Chairman Dr Muamer Bacevac Talks with OSCE Mission to Serbia Representatives
The Committee Chairman opined that the long-standing cooperation between the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality and the OSCE Mission to Serbia has been successful and has significantly contributed to the work of the Committee. He suggested future activities, among other things, in the area of prevention of violence against women, as well as further improvement of the rights of national minorities.

National Assembly Deputy Speaker and European Integration Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs Takes Part in Exchange on Serbia’s EU Accession Process
National Assembly Deputy Speaker and European Integration Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, participated in the online meeting "Exchange of Views on Montenegro and Serbia’s Accession Process", organized by the European People's Party (EPP), political group in the European Parliament. The EPP was represented by Andrey Kovatchev, EPP Vice-Chair in charge of enlargement, Western Balkans and neighborhood policy, David McAllister, Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Andor Deli, shadow rapporteur for Montenegro, Vladimir Bilcik, European Parliament’s rapporteur for Serbia and Franz Bogovic, First Deputy Vice-Chair of the delegation for relations with Serbia. The meeting was attended by the Serbian Minister for European Integration Jadranka Joksimovic and the European Union Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Olivér Várhelyi.

Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic Meets with President of Global Council for Tolerance and Peace
Today at the National Assembly House, MP Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic received a delegation of the Global Council for Tolerance and Peace (GCTP), headed by its President, Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Jarwan, which came to Serbia with the mission of persuading our country to join the organization. The Global Council for Tolerance and Peace is an international organization dedicated to spreading the principles of peace and tolerance in the world, fighting discrimination, racism, religious and ethnic extremism.
