At the sitting held on 8 September 2021, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications considered the Basis for conducting negotiations and concluding the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the manner of financing and drafting project-technical documentation, conducting administrative procedures for environmental impact assessment, issuing location conditions, consents and construction permits for the “Hydrotechnical and excavation works on the arrangement of the critical sector for navigation - the confluence of the Drina and Sava" and the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the manner of financing and preparation of project-technical documentation, conducting administrative procedures for environmental impact assessment, issuing location conditions, approvals and construction permits for the Project "Hydrotechnical and excavation works on the arrangement of the critical sector for navigation - the confluence of the Drina and Sava", for the purpose of granting consent for the provisional application of the Agreement pending its entry into force, submitted by the Government.
