23rd Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy

At the sitting held on 9 September 2021, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered the Consumer Protection Bill, submitted by the Government, in detail.

The MPs had submitted four amendments to the Bill viz. Sadra Bozic to Article 5, paragraph 1 and Article 12, paragraph 1, Branimir Jovanovic to Article 37, paragraph 1, and Djordje Komlenski to Article 114, paragraph 4.

The Committee adopted all four of the amendments and proposed that the National Assembly accept them.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zoran Tomic, Vojislav Vujic, Jasmina Karanac, Doc. Dr Ilija Zivotic, Snezana Petrovic, Natasa Ljubisic, Dubravka Kralj, Snezana Paunovic, Gojko Palalic, Nenad Krstic, Ana Beloica, Milos Bandjur and Adrijana Pupovac.
