Gojkovic at IPU Forum of Women Parliamentarians
At the 137th Inter-Parliamentary Union session in Saint Petersburg today, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic took part in the Forum of Women Parliamentarians and on the occasion stressed that equality is one of the fundamental tenets of the Republic of Serbia and gender equality and equal opportunities for women and men are the most basic democratic principles of our Constitution and laws.

Gojkovic at Inter-Parliamentary Union Session
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and Head of the standing delegation to the Inter-Parliamentary Union Maja Gojkovic will be heading the National Assembly delegation to the 137th Inter-Parliamentary Union Session to take place on 14 and 15 October in Saint Petersburg and aiming to promote the values of cultural pluralism and peace through interfaith and inter-ethnic accord.

Jordi Roca, New Rapporteur on Kosovo-Metohija
At the meeting of the Political Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Jordi Roca was elected the new rapporteur to compile a report on the situation in Kosovo-Metohija, specifically human rights, the rule of law and meeting Council of Europe standards.
