32nd Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 12 October, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues ascertained that the resignations tendered by MPs Ivan Karic, Dr Branislav Blazic and Marko Gavrilovic fall within the situation set out in Article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MPs’ term of office, pursuant to Article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of said Law.

At the sitting held on 12 October, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues reviewed the amendments, with correction, submitted to articles 51 and 70 of the Bill on Electronic Document, Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions by the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications.

20th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 12 October, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications decided to amend the amendments the Committee had submitted to the Bill on Electronic Document, Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions as follows: amendment IV, submitted to Article 51, demanding the deletion of Article 4 and amendment to Article 6, should instead of “paragraphs 1-5”, say “paragraphs 1-4”, and amendment VII, submitted to Article 70 of the Bill, paragraph 2 should instead of “Article 48, paragraph”, say “Article 48, paragraph 4”.

Marija Obradovic Elected Vice-President of Parliamentary Assembly of Council of Europe
MP Marija Obradovic, Head of the National Assembly’s standing delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), was elected PACE Vice-President at this morning’s plenary session. She will be holding the post in 2017 and 2018.
