20th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications

At the sitting held on 12 October, the members of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications decided to amend the amendments the Committee had submitted to the Bill on Electronic Document, Electronic Identification and Trust Services for Electronic Transactions as follows: amendment IV, submitted to Article 51, demanding the deletion of Article 4 and amendment to Article 6, should instead of “paragraphs 1-5”, say “paragraphs 1-4”, and amendment VII, submitted to Article 70 of the Bill, paragraph 2 should instead of “Article 48, paragraph”, say “Article 48, paragraph 4”.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Deputy Chairperson Stefana Miladinovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ivana Stojiljkovic, Ivana Nikolic, Dr Vladimir Orlic, Radoslav Cokic, Ognjen Pantovic, Jasmina Karanac, Dragan Jovanovic, Dr Dragan Vesovic, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and Snezana B. Petrovic.
