National Assembly Speaker Addresses Conference of Parliament Speakers of EU Member States and Candidate Countries
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic, taking part in the Conference of Parliament Speakers of EU Member States and Candidate Countries in Tallinn, said that Serbia’s commitment to Euro-integration is based on the belief that all the efforts invested and sometimes difficult and painful measures employed are in the best interest of the people, peace, stability and prosperity of the region and the EU.

Head of PFG with Canada Meets with Canadian Ambassador to Serbia
The Head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Canada Zoran Bojanic met today at the National Assembly House with the Canadian Ambassador to Serbia H.E. Kati Csaba. Bojanic said that the cooperation between the Serbian and Canadian parliament is at an admirable level, which is very important for the two countries’ overall relations and cooperation, especially in the sphere of economy.

Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic Meets with Russian Delegation
A group of MPs headed by National Assembly Deputy Speaker Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic met with a delegation of the Russian State Duma to discuss interparliamentary cooperation and support for Serbia’s efforts to preserve its cultural and historic monuments in Kosovo-Metohija through the Foundation of St. Andrew the First-Called.

Gojkovic at Conference of Speakers of European Union Parliaments
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic is taking part in the Conference of Parliament Speakers of EU Member States in Tallinn, on 23 and 24 April, attended by over 30 representatives of the parliaments of EU member states, candidate states and the President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani.
