Gojkovic at Conference of Speakers of European Union Parliaments

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic is taking part in the Conference of Parliament Speakers of EU Member States in Tallinn, on 23 and 24 April, attended by over 30 representatives of the parliaments of EU member states, candidate states and the President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani.


The heads of parliaments and the delegations are discussing the future of the EU in light of the many challenges and European defence and security.

The Conference will be opened by the President of the European Parliament Antonio Tajani and the gathering will be attended, among others, by the President of the German Bundestag Wolfgang Schäuble and the President of the French National Assembly François de Rugy. The two-day Conference, to be completed by joint conclusions, will be chaired by the President of the Estonian Parliament Eiki Nestor.

At the margins of the Conference Gojkovic will have a series of bilateral meetings.
