Solemn Sitting of the Committee on the Rights of the Child Entitled “The Bridge of Understanding - Intergenerational Solidarity”
National Assembly Speaker and Chairperson of the Committee on the Rights of the Child Maja Gojkovic opened the solemn sitting of the Committee on the Rights of the Child co-organized with the Commissioner for Protection of Equality to commemorate 1 October – International Day of Older Persons and award the winners of the students’ competition on intergenerational solidarity.

Today, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic opened the “Spirit of Youth” caravan in Subotica, event organized to promote dual education, stressing that educational reform is one of Serbia’s key priorities, the development of practical and applicable skills to better adjust the education system to the job market which is essential for the reduction of unemployment among the youth and for economic development.
