National Assembly Secretary General at Meeting of BSEC Member States’ Parliamentary Secretaries General
At the invitation of the International Secretariat of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), Secretary General Svetislava Bulajic is representing the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia today at the meeting of the Secretaries General of the Parliaments of the BSEC Member States and inter-parliamentary organizations with the status of observer in BSEC i.e. the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean etc., in Istanbul.

Ukrainian Ambassador to Serbia Visits European Integration Committee
Today, the members of the European Integration Committee Zarko Micin and Dr Muamer Bacevac received the Ukrainian Ambassador to Serbia, H.E. Oleksandr Aleksandrovych, to discuss the European Integration Committee members’ visit to Ukraine and the improvement of the bilateral and economic cooperation, as well as trade between Serbia and Ukraine.

Security Services Control Committee in Supervisory Visit to Security Information Agency Centre in Novi Sad
In line with the Committee’s 2017 Activity Plan, the members of the Security Services Control Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia conducted a supervisory visit to the Security Information Agency Centre in Novi Sad on 31 January 2017. The supervisory visit to the Security Information Agency’s regional unit in Novi Sad is the first visit of its kind in the ninth legislature of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

Diaspora and Serbs in the Region Committee Chairman Attends International Holocaust Remembrance Day at United Nations
The central event of the International Holocaust Remembrance Day, held on 27 January at the United Nations general assembly, was for the first time in history attended by Serbian survivors of concentration camps Jasenovac and Jastrebarsko, Jelena Radojicic and Gojko Roncevic, in the first row with the Jewish survivors of Auschwitz.

Aleksandra Djurovic Elected Chairperson of PACE Sub-Committee on External Relations
In addition to being elected Vice-President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) on Monday, today, Aleksandra Djurovic was also elected Chairperson of the prestigious PACE Sub-Committee on External Relations, for a one-year mandate with the option of re-election. The Sub-Committee functions within the PACE Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy.
