MP Dr Darko Laketic Takes Part in SEECP PA Standing Committee Meeting in Ljubljana
Dr Darko Laketic, member of the National Assembly’s standing delegation to the South East Europe Cooperation Process Parliamentary Assembly (SEECP PA), took part in the meeting of the SEECP PA Standing Committee held on 16 December 2017 in Ljubljana, under the auspices of Slovenia’s chairmanship of the South East Europe Cooperation Process.

Fifth National Conference of Women’s Parliamentary Network
The Fifth National Conference of the Women’s Parliamentary Network, held at the National Assembly House and co-organized with the OSCE Mission in Serbia, was attended by 500 councilwomen from municipalities across Serbia. The Conference featured presentations of the WPN’s results in the last year, types of networking between women at the local and provincial level and the achievements of the legislative system and how it is used to combat discrimination and promote gender equality.

25th Anniversary of Renewed Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Serbia and the State of Israel
The National Assembly and the Embassy of the State of Israel co-organized a celebration of the 25th anniversary of renewed diplomatic relations between the Republic of Serbia and the State of Israel attended by MPs, representatives of the Serbian Government, churches and religious communities, as well as the diplomatic corps.

We are shocked by the action of CRTA NGO and the decision to blackout the supposedly informative website Open Parliament who had closed its doors to the Serbian public feigning protest while obviously pursuing a political agenda.
