37th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues
At the sitting held on 29 December 2017, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues reviewed the resignation tendered to the post of MP by Dr Vesna Rakonjac. The Committee ascertained that the resignation tendered by MP Dr Vesna Rakonjac falls within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, thus proposing that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MP’s term of office.

At the sitting held on 28 December, the Health and Family Committee reviewed the Ministry of Health activity information for the period January - March, April - June and July - September 2017, as well as the civic petitions it had received in the previous period.
