At the sitting held on 8 March, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Proposal of the Negotiating Position of the Republic of Serbia for the Intergovernmental Conference on the Accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union for Chapter 17 – Economic and monetary policy, marked RESTRICTIVE.

“One on One with a Woman MP”
To mark International Women’s Day the Women’s Parliamentary Network organized “One on One with a Woman MP” at the National Assembly House, an event aimed at fostering communication between the civil society and women MPs, to allow women to voice their ideas and suggestions in a direct one-on-one meeting with women representatives.

At the sitting held on 7 March, the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy reviewed the Ministry of Economy Activity Information for the period October-December 2017, Ministry of Economy reports on the privatisation process for October, November and December 2017 and January 2018, and the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications activity reports for the period 1 July – 30 September and 1 October – 29 December 2017.
