Eighth Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 24 November 2020, before moving onto the agenda, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues ruled to, at the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, withdraw item 13 from the agenda viz. the Bill of Giving Guarantees of the Republic of Serbia for the Banka Postanska Stedionica a.d. Beograd, OTP Banke Srbija a.d. Beograd and Vojvođanska Banka a.d. Novi Sad, for Payment of Liabilities of the Public Company „Srbijagas” Novi Sad on Long Term Loan Agreement for the Construction of Gas Distribution on the Territory of the Republic of Serbia from the Border with the Republic of Bulgaria to the Border with Hungary and Other Neighboring Countries with the Republic of Serbia trough Investment in the Capital of the Joint Stock Company South Stream Serbia Ag, Zug, Switzerland, submitted by the Government.

Third Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the third sitting, held on 17 November, the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy reviewed the Ministry of Economy Activity Information for the period July-September 2020 and the Ministry of Economy Report on the privatisation process for August and September 2020.
Congratulating the newly-elected Minister of Economy and wishing her success in her endeavours, Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic said that he had convened the sitting to analyse the reports on the agenda and see what are the results of the state’s serious investments into the economy in the previous period and its preservation once the pandemics is over.
