Sixth Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 12 November 2020, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2020 Budget Law, with its accompanying Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Republic Pension and Disability Insurance Fund 2020 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending the Republic Health Insurance Fund 2020 Financial Plan, Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending and modifying the Social Insurance of Military Insured 2020 Financial Plan and the Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Decision amending the National Employment Service 2020 Financial Plan, submitted by the Government, in detail.
The Committee members also considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Protection of the Population from Communicable Diseases, in principle, and found it to be compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Jelena Zaric Kovacevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nevena Veinovic, Zeljko Tomic, Olja Petrovic, Vuk Mircetic, Luka Kebara, Ugljesa Mrdic, Djuro Peric, Dubravka Kralj, Toma Fila, Jovan Palalic, Arpad Fremond, Ilija Matejic, Milenko Jovanov and Violeta Ocokoljic.
