At the sitting held on 26 December 2020, the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government considered the 2019 Report on the public prosecutor’s offices’ activity on the suppression of criminality and protection of constitutionality, State Prosecutorial Council 2019 Activity Report and the High Judicial Council 2019 Annual Activity Report.

At its 16th sitting held, on 22 December 2020, outside of the National Assembly seat in Vrdnik and closed to the public, in the presence of representatives of the State Audit Institution and representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the initiatives to amend and modify regulations based on the findings and recommendations of the State Audit Institution’s 2019 audit reports and on the suggestions of the Committee members.
