Sixty-Seventh Sitting of the Legislative Committee
The Legislative Committee held a sitting on 20 November where it considered the Bill on Determining the Jurisdiction of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, submitted by the Government and the revised text of the Proposal of the Statute of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, submitted by the Assembly of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.

Fifty-Eighth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 22 July, the Legislative Committee continued discussing the amendments submitted to the Bills on the agenda for the Eleventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.The Committee considered the amendments submitted to the set of health laws and deemed all the amendments submitted to the Bills on Public Health (5), on Blood Transfusion (14) and on Organ Transplantation (40) legally feasible.

Fifty-Seventh Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 20 July, the Legislative Committee discussed the amendments the deputies had submitted to the first 15 Bills on the agenda for the Eleventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.Except for some amendments rejected as incomplete and untimely, the Committee pronounced all the submitted amendments legally feasible.

At the sitting held on 16 July, the Legislative Committee discussed, in principle, the 24 Bills comprising the agenda for the Eleventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009.The Committee unanimously ruled that all the Bills adhere to the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia.
