National Assembly Speaker Convenes Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic convened the Fifth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016, for Sunday, 4 December, proposing an agenda containing, among other things, the Republic of Serbia 2017 Budget Bill.

Gojkovic: Children in Village Schools Must Have Same Conditions as Children in Cities
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and Chairperson of the Committee on the Rights of the Child Maja Gojkovic visited the satellite unit of Elementary School “22 December” in Gornja Trepca and on the occasion said that all the children in Serbia must have the same opportunities growing up.

Their difficult position is most often the result of unemployment, discrimination, physical barriers and the stereotypes and prejudice still rife in our society. The 48th General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) in Belgrade ended with an address of National Assembly Speaker Maja Gojkovic who handed over the presidency of PABSEC to the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey.

Head of Parliamentary Friendship Group with Turkey Talks to Head of Turkish Parliamentary Friendship Group with Serbia
Under the auspices of the 48th General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), in Belgrade, Prof. Dr Zoran Dragisic, Head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Turkey, met with Mustafa Isen, Head of the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Serbia. The officials agreed that economic cooperation is the cornerstone of furthering relations between the two countries.
