Third Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004
The following agenda was set for the Third Session of the Second Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004, convened by the Chairman of the National Assembly, Predrag Markovic, for Tuesday 2 November 2004:1. Election of one deputy to the Parliament of Serbia and MontenegroBy a majority of votes of deputies present, the National Assembly adopted the List of Candidates for the Election of Deputies to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro, and elected Goran Jocic, nominated by the Serbian Radical Party deputies’ group, deputy to the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro.

25th session of the Privatisation Committee
At its session held on 1 November, the Privatisation Committee adopted the Report of the Ministry of Economy on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for September 2004, along with the Agency’s Programme of Activities for October 2004. The Committee asked the Privatisation Agency to forward it the privatisation contract model to be used in future.

At its eighth session, held on 29 October, the Committee on Petitions and Proposals adopted the Report on the Activities of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia for the Period January – June 2004. The Report was submitted to the National Assembly, while Slobodan Adzic, Committee chairman, was designated as rapporteur.
