At its forty-third session, the Legislative Committee discussed the particulars of the Litigation Bill and the Administrative Proceedings Bill.
At its forty-third session, the Legislative Committee discussed the particulars of the Litigation Bill and the Administrative Proceedings Bill.
The Committee ruled that the Bills were, in principle, legally possible. Seventy-four amendments submitted to the Litigation Bill and seventy amendments submitted to the Administrative Proceedings Bill were also ruled legally possible.
