At its nineteenth session, held on 28 October, the Finance Committee discussed and endorsed the Report of the Ministry of Finance on the public debt of the Republic of Serbia, loans and obligations towards foreign creditors and other financial institutions for the period ending on 31 August 2004. The Minister of Finance, Mladjan Dinkic, took part in the discussion for this item.

23rd session of the Privatisation Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia – continued
Continuing its 23rd session, which had gone into recess on 4 October, the Privatisation Committee discussed the Report of the Privatisation Agency from the meeting held by representatives of the Agency, the buyer, the managing director and both trade unions from Kosjeric-based Moda-Komerc Joint-stock Company, and the Report of the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Policy on the findings of its Labour Inspection Department at the company, in accordance of the Committee’s conclusions passed on 8 September 2004. The Privatisation Committee is to pass its conclusion after examining the Report of the Privatisation Agency on the fulfilment of majority stakeholder obligations deriving from the purchase contract.
