National Assembly Speaker Talks to Estonian President
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, hosted a working lunch for the Estonian delegation, headed by Toomas Hendrik Ilves, President of the Republic of Estonia, in official visit to Serbia.

National Assembly Speaker Receives European Ombudspersons’ Delegation
On the occasion of the International Ombudspersons’ Conference in Belgrade, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic received a delegation of European Ombudspersons. In addition to the Ombudsman of the Republic of Serbia Sasa Jankovic, the meeting was also attended by the Greek Ombudsman Giorgios Kaminis, Ombudsman of the Netherlands Alex Brenninkmeijer, Deputy Ombudsman of Slovenia Jernej Rovsek, Deputy Director of the European Public Law Centre Piji Protopsaltis and the chairperson of the Austrian Ombudspersons’ Committee Terezija Stoicic.

Assembly Speaker Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic Opens Chalk Drawing from Imagination
Today at the National Assembly House, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, opened the traditional children’s event of Chalk Drawing from the Imagination. As the patron of this, eighth traditional manifestation, the Speaker greeted children from all over Serbia at the Great Hall of the National Assembly House, expressing her pleasure at seeing the National Assembly House open for children, particularly in October, the month when Children’s Week is commemorated.

National Assembly Speaker Receives Voluntary Organ Donor Card
Today, at the Military Medical Academy Organ Transplant Centre in Belgrade, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, signed the registration form and received a donor card, becoming a voluntary organ donor. On the occasion, the Speaker stated that as a doctor she is well aware of the importance and significance of organ transplantation as a means of prolonging human life.

National Assembly Speaker Extends Condolences to French Ambassador and Brice Taton’s Family
