European Enlargement Commissioner Speaks to NARS Speaker and Parliamentary Group Heads
European Commissioner for Enlargement Stefan Füle presented the European Commission Opinion on Serbia’s application for EU membership and the European Commission’s 2011 Analysis Report to the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic and the heads of the parliamentary groups.

National Assembly Speaker Receives Union Representatives
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic receives the representatives of the Serbian Health Care and Social Welfare Employees Union, at their request, who informed her of their objections and reasons to withdraw the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salaries in State Departments and Public Services from procedure.

Physicians to Children of Serbia Charity Ball
In the course of the conference Days of Serbian Medical Diaspora 2011 in Vrnjacka Banja, a charity ball, Physicians to Children of Serbia, was organised to raise funds for the purchase of an incubator for prematurely born children to be donated to the Institute for Neonatology.

National Assembly Speaker Receives Chinese Overseas Friendship Association Delegation
"The National Assembly boasts 10 very different parliamentary groups which share the same genuine relations with and love of China and the Chinese people", are the words with which the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic received the delegation of the Chinese Overseas Friendship Association. Head of the delegation Jianping Li stressed that the Chinese people are very appreciative of the fact that Serbia considers China its truest friend.
