How many does the National Assembly make decisions?

The National Assembly decides by a majority of the votes cast by MPs present, provided the sitting is attended by a majority of all MPs.
The National Assembly decides about laws that regulate certain matters of state and areas of social life by majority vote of all the MPs (126 MPs), such as: referendum and people’s initiative; exercising of individual and collective rights of members of national minorities; development plan and spatial plan; public borrowing; territories of autonomous provinces and local self-government units; signing and ratification of international treaties, and other issues identified in the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
