17th Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 20 December, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the Proposal to pass an authentic interpretation of the provision of Article 48 of the Law on Enforcement and Security (“RS Official Gazette”, no. 106/15), submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and the Proposal to pass an authentic interpretation of the provisions of Article 1, Article 5, paragraph 1 and Article 53, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Expropriation Law (“RS Official Gazette”, no. 53/95, 23/01-SUS, 20/09 and 55/13-US), submitted by the Government.

15th Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the 15th sitting, held on 20 December, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending unanimously ruled to withdraw the Proposal of the Decision on the election of member of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, accompanied by the proposal to be included in the agenda of the Sixth Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016, currently in progress, by urgent procedure, in line with Article 168, paragraph 3, on the National Assembly Rules of Procedure.
