The session of the Poverty Reduction Committee, held on 10 May, saw the presentation of Serbia’s National Poverty Reduction Strategy, adopted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia in October 2003.The session was chaired by the Committee’s chairperson, Snezana Stojanovic-Plavsic, and attended by the deputy Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Policy, Vesna Piperski Tucakov.

12th session of the Privatisation Committee
The session of the Privatisation Committee held on 7 May saw the unanimous adoption of the Report of the Ministry of Economy on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for March, along with the Agency’s Programme of Activities for April 2004.Members of the Committee continued discussing problems arising from privatisation and their possible solutions.
