Public Hearing Held on “Analysis of Existing Situation … Improvement of the Position of the Roma and Implementation of the Decade of Roma”
To commemorate the International Day of the Roma, the Committee on Inter-Ethnic Relations organised a public hearing in cooperation with the Sub-Committee on issues concerning the improvement of the position of Roma and implementation of the Decade of Roma on the “Analysis of the existing situation regarding the implementation of the Strategy for the improvement of the position of Roma and implementation of the Decade of Roma” at the National Assembly House on 8 April.

NARS Speaker Receives UK Ambassador
Today, at the National Assembly House, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic received the Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Serbia H. E. Michael Davenport. Davenport stressed that the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia has always played a key role in Serbia which was particularly prominent this year as Serbia’s approach to the European Union gathers speed and the Serbian deputies tackle the difficult job of fulfilling the EU candidate status requisites.
