Bilateral Meetings Part of Adriatic Ionian Initiative Conference
On the margins of the Conference of the Speakers of the Parliaments of the Adriatic Ionian Initiative, held at the NARS House and hosted by the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic, acting President of the Republic of Serbia, met with the parliament speakers of Montenegro Ranko Krivokapic, Slovenia Gregor Virant and the House of Representatives of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Zivkovic.

Speaker Opens 10th Conference of Adriatic Ionian Initiative
“In the course of the current mandate, the activities of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia confirmed its firm belief in strengthening international cooperation, including all levels of parliamentary actions”, said the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic, acting President of the Republic of Serbia, at the opening of the 10th Conference of the Adriatic Ionian Initiative on “The Role of Parliaments in Developing Regional Cooperation”.

National Assembly Deputy Speaker Gordana Comic Takes Part in EU Parliament Speakers Conference
National Assembly Deputy Speaker Gordana Comic took part in the Conference of Speakers of the European Union Parliaments, organised by the Sejm and Senate of the Republic of Poland and held in Warsaw from 19 to 21 April 2012. The Conference was chaired by Ewa Kopacz, Marshal of the Sejm and Bogdan Borusewicz, Marshal of the Polish Senate.

Seventy-Fifth Sitting of the Committee on Science and Technological Development
At the sitting which started on 11 April and was continued on 20 April, the Committee on Science and Technological Development considered the Proposal of Conclusions on the review of the Information on issues important for the production of positron emission tomography (PET) radiopharmaceuticals in Serbia, prepared by the Vinca Institute of Nuclear Sciences.
