National Assembly Delegation at CFSP/CSDP Interparliamentary Conference
A National Assembly delegation headed by Dunja Simonovic Bratic, Foreign Affairs Committee member, and including Dragan Markovic, Deputy Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee, MA Milovan Drecun, Chairman of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee, and Darko Jovanovic, Deputy Chairman of the Defence and Internal Affairs Committee, took part in the Interparliamentary Conference for the Common Foreign and Security Policy and the Common Security and Defence Policy (IPC for CFSP/CSDP), held in Warsaw, Poland, this year, from 23 to 25 March.

The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Marina Ragus signed the Book of Condolences for the tragedy in Kochani that claimed the lives of 59 people, injuring an additional 150.

National Assembly Deputy Speaker Snezana Paunovic spoke at the Parliamentary Meeting held on the occasion of the 69th session of the Commission on the Status of Women, at the United Nations in New York, on 11 March 2025, addressing the topic “Women’s political participation: progress, setbacks and lessons learned for a way forward to achieving parity”, stressing at the very beginning that today women bravely walk the roads once accessible only to the male part of the population.

So-Called “Kosovo’s” Request Removed from PACE Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy’s Agenda
The Serbian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) achieved a significant diplomatic result – the request of so-called “Kosovo” to be granted the status of special guest was removed from the agenda of the PACE Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy with a vote of 21 to 10.
