SEECP PA General Committee on Justice, Home Affairs and Security Cooperation Meeting in Skopje
Dr Darko Laketic, member of the National Assembly’s standing delegation to the South East Europe Cooperation Process Parliamentary Assembly (SEECP PA), took part in the meeting of the SEECP PA General Committee on Justice, Home Affairs and Security Cooperation on 10-11 May 2019 in Skopje. The topic of the meeting of the General Committee was "Countering disinformation in South East Europe".

Gojkovic Convenes Sitting for 14 May, Criminal Code Amendments on Agenda
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic convened the Fifth Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2019, for Tuesday, 14 May, with the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code and the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Code, covering the so-called “Tijana’s Law”, on the agenda.

Foreign Affairs Committee and PFG with Cuba Delegation Visit Cuban National Assembly of People's Power
A delegation of the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Parliamentary Friendship Group with Cuba of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, headed by Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, will be visiting Cuba at the invitation of Yolanda Ferrer Gomez, Chairperson of the International Relations Committee of the Cuban National Assembly of People's Power, 12 – 15 May 2019.

Gojkovic Meets with Kosachev and Ryazanski
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Maja Gojkovic met today with the Chairman of the Russian Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs Konstantin Kosachev and the head of the Federation Council Friendship Group with Serbia Valery Ryazansky, visiting Belgrade under the auspices of the 74th anniversary of the victory against fascism and Nazism in World War II and the Immortal Regiment event.

At the invitation of His Grace Bishop Joanikije of Budimlje-Niksic, the Chairman of the Committee on the Diaspora and Serbs in the Region Miodrag Linta attended the patron saint day of the monastery of Djurdjevi Stupovi (The Tracts of Saint George), 5 – 6 May 2019 in Berane, Montenegro, the day of the Holy Martyr and Victorbearer George, in the year of a great jubilee of the Serbian Orthodox Church 1219-2019.
