Establishing parliamentary co-operation and partnership with Canada

Visit of the Committee on Defence and Security to the Federal Republic of Germany
A delegation of the Committee on Defence and Security paid a visit to Germany from 1 to 5 June 2003. The visit, organised by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, was devoted to visiting police and intelligence bodies, meeting deputies who sit on related Bundestag committees, and visiting the German foreign ministry.

Two Assembly Committees start initiative for water conservation campaign
On occasion of today’s Environmental Protection Day, marked all over the world under the slogan “Water: Two billion people are dying for it”, the National Assembly’s Committees on Agriculture and Environmental Protection have initiated a joint meeting with representatives of the newly-formed Water Directorate of the Government of Serbia to discuss this important issue.
