Sixth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the sixth sitting, held on 25 September 2008, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed in principle six bills submitted by the Government and included into the agenda of the Sixth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly.

Without discussion, the Committee unanimously adopted the Bill on the protection of personal data, the Bill on the seizure of assets derived from a criminal offense, the Bill on the responsibility of legal persons for criminal offenses, the Bill on the Anti-Corruption Agency, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on financing of political parties and the Bill on the confirmation of the Additional protocol to the Convention for the protection of individuals with regard to automatic processing of personal data.
The Sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Bosko Ristic.
