Second Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending

At the sitting held on 20 September 2022, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending reviewed the following:

  1. Semiannual Monetary Policy Report (January-June 2021), submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
  2. 2021 Annual Monetary Policy Report, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
  3. Annual Report on business transactions and results achieved in 2021, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
  4. Financial System Stability 2021 Annual Report, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
  5. National Bank of Serbia Governor’s Council Activity Report for the period 1 January - 30 June 2021, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia Governor’s Council;
  6. National Bank of Serbia Governor’s Council Activity Report for the period 1 July - 31 December 2021, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia Governor’s Council;
  7. National Bank of Serbia 2021 Financial Reports accompanied by the authorized auditor’s report, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia Governor’s Council;
  8. National Bank of Serbia 2022 Monetary Policy Programme, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia;
  9. National Bank of Serbia 2022 Financial Plan, submitted by the National Bank of Serbia, and
  10. Proposal of the Decision on the election of a Vice-Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, submitted by the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia.
The sitting was attended by the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia Dr Jorgovanka Tabakovic and vice-governors Zeljko Jovic, Dragana Stanic and Ana Ivkovic who presented the reports, programme and financial plan of the National Bank of Serbia.

The Committee members accepted the reports submitted by the National Bank of Serbia, as well as the National Bank of Serbia 2022 Financial Plan, by majority vote.

The Committee unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Proposal of the Decision on the election of a Vice-Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, submitted by the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsić , and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: МА Svetlana Milijic, Vojislav Vujic, Hadzi Milorad Stosic, Miroslav Kondic, Dr Dusan Bajatovic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Dr Nenad Mitrovic, Rozalia Okresz, Nikola Radosavljevic, Nebojsa Zelenovic, Bojana Bukumirovic, Tijana Davidovac and Ana Beloica.
