Following the interview, the Committee formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the election of member of the Council of the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia and forwarded it to the National Assembly for consideration.

As item 3 on the agenda, the Committee members formulated the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of two members of the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures due to the expiry of the term they were elected for.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson Dr Aleksandra Tomic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Zoran Tomic, Ana Beloica, Snezana Petrovic, Doc. Dr Mihailo Jokic, Adrijana Pupovac, Nikola Jolovic, Veroljub Arsic, Zoran Bojanic and Olivera Pesic.
