28th Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government

At the sitting held on 11 December, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government reviewed the Bill amending the Law on Organization of Courts, Bill on Public Service Employees, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Employees in Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units, Bill on Salaries of Civil Servants and Employees in Bodies of Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units, and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salary System in Public Sector, in detail.

The Government and the Committee did not accept the four amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Organization of Courts.

The Government and the Committee accepted nine of the 86 amendments submitted to the Bill on Public Service Employees. The Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to Article 58 of the Bill.

The Government and the Committee accepted one of the 16 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Employees in Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units.

The Government and the Committee accepted one of the 65 amendments submitted to the Bill on Salaries of Civil Servants and Employees in Bodies of Autonomous Provinces and Local Self-Government Units.

The Government and the Committee accepted none of the 12 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Salary System in Public Sector

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Petar Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandra Majkic, Slavisa Bulatovic, Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, Nedjo Jovanovic, Jovan Palalic, Miletic Mihajlovic, Djordje Komlenski, Zarko Micin and Zoltan Pek.
