23rd Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 10 December, the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Bankruptcy, submitted by the Government, in detail.
Out of the 130 amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill, 13 were withdrawn from procedure. The Committee accepted one amendment submitted by MP Dr Aleksandar Martinovic to Article 66, while the rest were not accepted.
The Committee also submitted one amendment of its own to Article 22 of the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Bankruptcy.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Studenka Kovecevic, Tomislav Ljubenovic, Zoran Bojanic, Milimir Vujadinovic, Snezana R. Petrovic, Vojislav Vujic, MA Ivan Kostic, Prof. Dr Vladimir Marinkovic and Ana Carapic.
