Elvira Kovacs Elected PACE Monitoring Committee Chairperson
Monday, 26 January 2026 | National Assembly Deputy Speaker and member of the standing delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Elvira Kovacs, was elected Chairperson of the prestigious Committee on the Honouring of Obligations and Commitments by Member States of the Council of Europe, or the Monitoring Committee, for one year mandate, with the possibility of re-election for another year.
