At the sitting held on 30 March, the Committee on Justice and Administration debated the Bill on the Appearance and Use of the Coat of Arms, Flag and National Anthem of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government, in principle.

With two reserved opinions, the Committee adopted the Bill in principle. The committee members decided to submit an amendment to the Bill establishing sanctions against legal entities in case they display the coat of arms and flag of a foreign country without displaying the coat of arms and flag of the Republic of Serbia.

At the sitting, the Committee discussed and adopted the Bill on Political Parties, submitted by the Government, in principle.
