Twenty-Sixth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the twenty-sixth sitting, held on 23 April, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Court Fees Act, submitted by the Government.
At the twenty-sixth sitting, held on 23 April, the Committee on Justice and Administration discussed the Bill amending and modifying the Court Fees Act, submitted by the Government.
The Committee unanimously accepted the Bill in principle.
The Committee members also discussed the particulars of the Bill on Political Parties. The Committee proposed that, of the 409 submitted amendments, the National Assembly accept the nine amendments which were also accepted by the Government.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
