Twenty-Ninth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the sitting held on 13 May, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered in principle the Bill Banning Manifestations by Neo-Nazi or Fascist Organisations and Associations and the Display of Neo-Nazi or Fascist Symbols and Paraphernalia, submitted by: Nenad Canak, Bojan Kostres, Radovan Radovanovic, Aleskandra Jerkov and Olena Papuga.
At the sitting held on 13 May, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered in principle the Bill Banning Manifestations by Neo-Nazi or Fascist Organisations and Associations and the Display of Neo-Nazi or Fascist Symbols and Paraphernalia, submitted by: Nenad Canak, Bojan Kostres, Radovan Radovanovic, Aleskandra Jerkov and Olena Papuga.
The Committee unanimously endorsed the Bill in principle.
The Committee considered the Nomination submitted by the President of the Republic for the election of a member of the Anti-Corruption Agency and noted that the nominated candidate – Prof. Dr Radmila Vasic, professor of the University in Belgrade Faculty of Law fulfills all legal conditions making it possible for the National Assembly to elect a new member of the Anti-Corruption Agency.
The Committee went on to consider the notice of the Grand Personnel Council on the termination of judicial office at personal request and due to mandatory retirement and determined the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of judicial office of Ljiljana Katrinka, Subotica Commercial Court Judge, at personal request, and Zivotije Dimitrijevic, Jagodina District Court Judge, Sinisa Sofrenovic, Belgrade District Court Judge, Dobrinka Stamenkovic, Vranje District Court Judge and Sloboda Krstin, Smederevo District Court Judge, due to mandatory retirement.
The Committee also considered the notice of the Grand Personnel Council on the termination of judicial office at personal request of Djordje Mahovac, Sremska Mitrovica Deputy District Public Prosecutor and determined the Proposal of the Decision on the termination of office of deputy public prosecutor.
