Twenty-Fourth Sitting of the Privatisation Committee

At the sitting held on 19 October, the Privatisation Committee considered and accepted, by a majority of votes, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for July 2010, Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for August 2010, Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for August 2010 and the Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for September 2010.At the sitting, the Committee members considered the Privatisation Agency’s Information on the monitoring of compliance with contractual obligations by the Buyer of the capital of Privatisation Subject “Keramika” AD from Mladenovac.



At the sitting held on 19 October, the Privatisation Committee considered and accepted, by a majority of votes, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for July 2010, Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for August 2010, Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for August 2010 and the Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for September 2010.

At the sitting, the Committee members considered the Privatisation Agency’s Information on the monitoring of compliance with contractual obligations by the Buyer of the capital of Privatisation Subject “Keramika” AD from Mladenovac.

Following a debate which included representatives of the Privatisation Agency and “Keramika” employees, the Committee endorsed the Information and concluded that the Privatisation Agency should intensify its surveillance over the course of fulfillment of contractual obligations by the Buyer, with a special focus on the deadlines and production quality and, following the fist control, continue to keep the Privatisation Committee duly informed.

The Committee sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milan Nikolic.
