Twenty-First Sitting of the Administrative Committee
At the sitting held on 30 October, the Administrative Committee discussed the Republic Electoral Commission’s Report on the election of a deputy for the purpose of filling a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee noted that the termination of deputy Miloljub Albijanic’s mandate, elected from the electoral list For European Serbia – Boris Tadic, left a vacant deputy seat at the National Assembly and ascertained that the conditions have been met for the verification of mandate of deputy Snezana Stojanovic-Plavsic, elected from the same electoral list.
The Committee proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the verification of deputy Snezana Stojanovic-Plavsic’s mandate.
At the sitting, the Administrative Committee ascertained that deputy Vidoje Petrovic, elected from the electoral list For European Serbia – Boris Tadic, had tendered his resignation which is the reason for the termination of the deputy’s mandate before the end of the term he was elected for. The Committee proposed that the National Assembly acknowledge the termination of said deputy’s mandate and assign the mandate to another candidate from the same electoral list.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Deputy Chairman, Nenad Konstantinovic.
