Twenty-Fifth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the request of seven deputies, the Chairman of the Committee on Justice and Administration, Bosko Ristic, scheduled a Committee sitting for 23 April with one item on the agenda: Information on the state of the Judicial System of the Republic of Serbia in Kosovo-Metohija.

The sitting which was supposed to deal with the state of the Serbian judicial system in Kosovo-Metohija was postponed because the Minister of Justice Snezana Malovic was not in attendance.
Committee members from the Serbian Radical Party and the Democratic Party of Serbia stated that, due to the topic which was supposed to be discussed at the sitting, the presence of the Minister of Justice is essential because she is the only one who can provide the Committee members with the necessary information.
Therefore they proposed that the sitting be held at the Justice Minister’s convenience. The rest of the Committee members agreed with the proposal.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
