Twenty-Fifth Sitting of the Agriculture Committee
At the sitting held on 13 April, the members of the Agriculture Committee discussed the particulars of the Bill on Forests, Bill on Recognition of Agricultural Plant Varieties, Bill on Beer, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Veterinary Practice, Bill on Organic Production, Bill on Advisory and Expert Services in the Field of Agriculture and the Bill on Water.
At the sitting held on 13 April, the members of the Agriculture Committee discussed the particulars of the Bill on Forests, Bill on Recognition of Agricultural Plant Varieties, Bill on Beer, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Veterinary Practice, Bill on Organic Production, Bill on Advisory and Expert Services in the Field of Agriculture and the Bill on Water.
The sitting was attended by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Sasa Dragin and associates.
A total of 47 amendments were submitted to the Bill on Forests, out of which the Government and the Committee accepted 3 amendments. The Committee submitted 21 amendments of its own to the Bill, which were accepted by the representative of the submitters at the Committee sitting.
The deputies submitted a total of 18 amendments to the Bill on Recognition of Agricultural Plant Varieties. The Government and the Committee accepted one amendment, and the Committee submitted two amendments of its own to articles 2 and 26 of the Bill, which were accepted by the representative of the submitters at the Committee sitting.
A total of 50 amendments were submitted to the Bill on Beer, and the Government and the Committee accepted 13 of the amendments.
Out of the 56 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Veterinary Practice, the Government and the Committee accepted 2.
The deputies submitted 30 amendments to the Bill on Organic Production. The Government and the Committee accepted 2 amendments, and the Committee submitted 4 amendments of its own to the Bill. The amendments were submitted to articles 4, 7, 8 and 9 of the Bill, which were accepted by the representative of the submitters at the Committee sitting.
Out of the total of 12 amendments submitted to the Bill on Advisory and Expert Services in the Field of Agriculture, 2 amendments were accepted by the Government and the Committee.
The deputies submitted 51 amendments to the Bill on Water. The Government and the Committee accepted 7 amendments, and the Committee submitted 4 amendments of its own to articles 133, 220, 228 and 232 of the Bill, which were accepted by the representative of the submitters at the Committee sitting.
