At the sitting held on 5 November, the Industry Committee considered the particulars of the Bill on Pipeline Transportation of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons and Distribution of Gas Hydrocarbons, as well as an amendment submitted by deputy Sinisa Stamenkovic to the Bill amending and modifying the Mining Law.

The sitting was attended by Petar Skuindric, Minister of Energy and Mining, as representative of the submitters.

Deputy Sinisa Stamenkovic submitted an amendment to the Bill amending and modifying the Mining Law, requesting an additional article, 5a, after article 5. The Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Committee did not accept the amendment.

A total of 55 amendments were submitted to the Bill on Pipeline Transportation of Gas and Liquid Hydrocarbons and Distribution of Gas Hydrocarbons. The Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Industry Committee accepted 7 of the deputies’ amendments.
