Thirty-Third Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee

At the sitting held on 23 July, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Billson Cooperation with the International Criminal Court, amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions, amending and modifying the Law on Organisation and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, on Execution of Prison Sentence for Criminal Offenses of Organised Crime, as well as the Bills amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Law and the Criminal Code.



At the sitting held on 23 July, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Bills

on Cooperation with the International Criminal Court, amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions, amending and modifying the Law on Organisation and Jurisdiction of Government Authorities in Suppression of Organised Crime, on Execution of Prison Sentence for Criminal Offenses of Organised Crime, as well as the Bills amending and modifying the Criminal Procedure Law and the Criminal Code.

The Committee endorsed all the amendments accepted by the Government.

The Committee proposed an amendment of its own to the Bill amending and modifying the Criminal Code and endorsed the amendment submitted by the Ombudsman.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
