Thirty-Seventh Sitting of the Legislative Committee

At the sitting held on 10 March, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the five bills included in the agenda of the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly.



At the sitting held on 10 March, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments to the five bills included in the agenda of the First Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly. The sitting was chaired by Vlatko Ratkovic, Committee Chairman.

The Legislative Committee considered 113 amendments to the Bill on International Legal Aid in Criminal Matters and deemed them all legally feasible. It was also ruled that all the amendments submitted to the Bill on Prevention of Money-Laundering and Financing of Terrorism are legally feasible (25 of them).

At the sitting, the Legislative Committee also considered the amendments to: the Bill of registry Books (30), the Bill amending and modifying the Expropriation Law (20) and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Tax Procedure and Tax Administration (17). All the amendments submitted to the bills were deemed legally feasible.
