The Administrative Committee held its thirty-seventh sitting on 5 March 2009. The sitting was chaired by Nenad Konstantinovic, Committee Chairman.

The Administrative Committee members accepted the Proposal of the Decision on the order of sitting at the Assembly chamber at the National Assembly House.

The Committee adopted decision proposals on fines for the measures pronounced to deputies for the violation of order at the Third and Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2009 and at the sitting of the Agriculture Committee held on 26 January and 4 February 2009, as well as the sitting of the Administrative Committee held on 13 February 2009.

At the sitting, they also established measures for the rationalization of National Assembly expenditure for 2009. The Committee unanimously passed the Decision amending and modifying the Decision on deputy reimbursement, Decision on the use of official landlines and mobile phones of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia and the Decision on the creation of a National Assembly solidarity fund. The Committee adopted the conclusions obligating the Secretary of the National Assembly, under the provisions of the Law on Public Procurements, to sign a contract with the most favourable provider for the procurement of airplane tickets for official travels abroad of the deputies and employees at the National Assembly Support Service taken at the expense of the Assembly and the Conclusion obligating the Secretary of the National Assembly to submit to the Administrative Committee a regular quarterly analysis of the financial means spent on the National Assembly’s operation. The Committee also accepted the Recommendation on the drafting of an annual travel plan for the delegations of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia.

The Committee members went on to pass a Decision on the use of the parking space around the National Assembly viz. the parking space around the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square and the National Assembly Building, 14 Kralja Milana Street.
