Thirty-Eighth Sitting of the European Integrations Committee
At the sitting held on 31 March, the European Integrations Committee considered, in principle, the Bills included into the agenda for the Third Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2011.Representatives of the Ministry of Justice briefed the Committee members on the innovations contained in the Bills on Advocacy, Public Notaries, Enforcement and Security and amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions.

Representatives of the Ministry of Justice briefed the Committee members on the innovations contained in the Bills on Advocacy, Public Notaries, Enforcement and Security and amending and modifying the Law on Enforcement of Penal Sanctions.
The Committee members endorsed the Bills by a majority of votes.
The representative of the Ministry of Finance elaborated the Bills on the Capital Market, amending and modifying the Investment Fund Law and amending and modifying the Law on Voluntary Pension Funds and Pension Plans.
State Secretary at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy Slavoljub Vukicevic presented the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Road Transport.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Laszlo Varga.
