Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 2 July, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government and the Bill on the Ministries.
At the sitting held on 2 July, the Legislative Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government and the Bill on the Ministries.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman Vlatko Ratkovic.
The Committee deemed as legally feasible, that is in agreement with the constitutional and legal system, all the amendments (12 in total) submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Government, as well as 72 out of the 73 amendments submitted to the Bill on the Ministries.
The Committee proposed that the National Assembly adopt all the legally feasible amendments.
